We offer complimentary consultations for all treatments, giving you the opportunity to discuss your goals and receive a personalised treatment plan before committing.
3. How can I book my appointment?
You can book your appointment by visiting the Contact page on our website. You can call us, email us, or send a message via the contact form.
To secure your appointment, a £50 deposit is required. This amount is fully deductible from the cost of your treatment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
4. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively, as last‑minute availability is often difficult to fill.
